Academic Programs
Our philosophy acknowledges and respects the God-given uniqueness of each child. It also supports the belief that a child's strong sense of self-esteem comes from experiencing success within an age-appropriate environment, enhanced by a rich, stimulating curriculum.
Our curriculum engages children's learning across all developmental areas while allowing for individual differences in learning styles. We encourage creativity through a variety of play-based experiences.
Our overall goals for the children in our program are to build a strong sense of self-confidence and self-esteem, and to develop the whole child, with an emphasis on social/emotional development and independence.

We offer 3 classrooms by age:
Ladybug Classroom
- ages 2 to young 3's
- potty-training can be added for an additional cost
Starlight Classroom
- ages 3 to young 4's
- must be fully potty-trained
Rainbow Classroom
- ages 4 to young 5's
- preparation for Kindergarten

- 3 days or 5 days
- Half day 9am - 12:30 pm
- School day 9am - 3pm
Extended care includes either:
- Morning daycare 6am - 9am
- Afternoon daycare 3pm - 6pm
- Full-day daycare 6am - 6pm
Registration Process
Registration is now open for Summer and Fall 2026-27!
- Call us at 310-324-9736, email gardenaoffice@sfpreschool.com, or message us online to book a tour.
- We love having tours so you can meet our wonderful staff and students, and walk through our spacious playground and fun-filled classrooms.
- We will invite you to create a Brightwheel account (our childcare management software) and send you the application packet through that website.
- Once your application has been approved, we will notify you.
